- The data controller for the personal data contained on the Website is the company Bannert Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bytom, at 70 Adama Mickiewicza Street, NIP 525 255 94 65, REGON — hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
- The website collects information about Users entered in forms on the basis of the consent they have given. .
- The data provided is processed for the purpose specified by the function of the relevant form, e.g. to answer a question that has been asked.
- A user who has entered data into the form has the right to:
- access to, modification and erasure of personal data,
- restrictions on the processing of your data and the right to request that the processing of your data be stopped at any time,
- withdrawal of consent at any time – the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal,

- The personal data provided by the User will be processed for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was provided, and for as long as the Controller’s legal, accounting and tax obligations remain in force, as well as until any claims become time-barred. - The data controller exercises due diligence to ensure that the personal data provided is adequately protected, in particular against disclosure to unauthorised persons.

- data analysis from Google Analytics and Google Signals, to gain a better understanding of online behaviour and trends, as well as your marketing preferences (Google, Inc.).

Some of the service providers are based outside the EEA (for example, Google Inc. is based in the US and provides a website analytics service called Google Analytics and Google Signals). Safety rules
- Users of the website should ensure the security of their devices that have access to the Internet. The device should have anti-virus software with an up-to-date virus definition database, an up-to-date and secure version of a web browser, and a firewall enabled.
- It is recommended that you enable anti-phishing filters (tools) in your web browser, which check whether the web page displayed is genuine and is not being used to obtain information fraudulently, for example by impersonating an institution or a particular business.
